Shipping Policy

We ship to UAE, Oman, KSA, Bahrain and Kuwait

It depends on your order. Shipping in the UAE costs AED 50,-. Orders over AED 1000,- ship free of charge within the UAE. We use FedEx of Fetchr. Depending on your needs we can accomodate.

For shipments abroad (outside the UAE), please contact us

2-3 Business days. Shipment are dispatched once payments are cleared. Mostly we ship the same day. We do our best to get the products to you as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that we use 3rd party shipping companies.   

Depending on the delivery method you will get an email or text message that includes all the important shipment information.

Once we handover your shipment, it's your responsibility to receive it. The shipping company will try to deliver it to the address you mentioned so please make sure someone can accept the package. If a shipment can't reach you, this will result in an unsuccessful delivery and the package will be returned back to us. Please note that we do our best to get the package to you, however once this happens fees might be applied to make sure you will get united with your package / order.

All orders are subject to the courier company’s order verification policy (a signature might be required), failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We like to hand of over to you directly.

It happens. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. Normally out of stock items are replenished within 5 days.

Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for you, the customer. Special orders are final sale, non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced, for expected delivery time.

If you ordered something by mistake or changed your mind. No problem. However you are responsible to deal with the return of the shipment to us and have to pay for any shipping costs we made.
