Returns & Warranty Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To process a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders and personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund in form of a store credit.

Contact us to initiate a return. Be sure to include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

You will be provided with a Return Number (RN) and return address. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items that had qualified for free shipping will be charged for the original shipping amount.

Write the RN number clearly on the outside of your shipping box.

Once your return order has been received and the product has been inspected, your return will be approved and refund sent out. We will notify you once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 15 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be credited. 


If you obtain Fourth Element, SUEX or DIRZONE products from an unauthorized dealer, your warranty will not be valid, and we will not be able to assist whatsoever.

If you are thinking about purchasing your dive gear elsewhere, be informed that you should not take the word of a selling party as to whether or not they are authorized dealers. If they are not, your product will NOT come with a valid manufacturer's warranty. The best strategy is to contact the manufacturer directly and ask them who their authorized dealers are.

Diving Essentials is an authorized dealer/distributor/reseller on ALL brands we sell and products you find on our website. All products we sell come with manufacturer warranty.

 Some of our product are eligible for product registration to enhance your warranty. Please follow the manufacturer's guidelines on how to do so.  Please register your product to confirm original ownership and ensure quick and easy service in the future.

Diving Essentials warrants to the original purchaser for a period of 1 (one) year for each product, from the date of purchase that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided that it receives normal (private, non commercial) use, proper care and maintenance. The limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only at the discretion of Diving Essentials.

IMPORTANT: Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, casualty, normal wear and aging. Cosmetic damage(s), such as scratches, nicks and fraying are not covered under warranty except when the product is new, out of the original packaging. This warranty does not extend to equipment used for commercial or military purposes.

If you are the original owner of a Fourth Element, SUEX or DIRZONE product/s that is determined to be defective in any way, please return it to the local dealer you purchased the goods from. Please follow their policy.

Diving Essentials will not notify its customer of ‘Safety Recalls’; hence, this is why it is essential that the customer registers their product on the respective manufacturers website.
